The Radiodetection CAT4+ is the depth model of the range which when used with a Genny4 will provide accurate depth readings. Using the latest digital technology the unit is simple to operate and designed to improve both survey speed and accuracy. As safety critical tools the CAT4 and GENNY4 range of Cable Locator and Cable Avoidance Tools offer several features designed to support safe working and help to drive utility strike rates down.

The Radiodetection gCAT4+ with StrikeAlert™, CALSafe™ and GPS is the top of the range model storing the daily usage of the instrument along with an accurate GPS and depth reading when used with a Genny4. This model includes optional features StrikeAlert™ shallow cable warning and CALSafe™ which can be set to prevent the unit from operating outside the calibration period.

The Radiodetection Genny4 provides a simultaneous dual-frequency output signal which alongside the familiar 33 kHz locate signal, transmits a second frequency designed to facilitate the location of small diameter cables. The vCam-6 HD inspection system from Vivax-Metrotech gives you the flexibility to cover a range of inspections including municipal collection systems, residential plumbing, indoor commercial lines, and lateral lines from three inches up to eight inches in diameter.
